We are committed to developing and disseminating evidence-based lifestyle medicine applications for primary care healthcare professionals during their medical and post-graduate education.

Available are 60-minute modules that focus on chronic conditions frequently seen in clinical practice and easy-to-implement lifestyle-related therapies and their scientific basis.

 

Included here are education, training, and patient education materials focused on common chronic diseases. Available are 60-minute narrated slide decks and 30-minute podcasts of medical and nutrition professionals discussing various case studies. These materials are presented in an easy-to-introduce-into-practice approach for immediate integration into patient care.
