Personalized Health through Lifestyle Medicine

The prevalence of non-communicable disease, often called chronic disease, diet-related disease and lifestyle-related disease, is steadily escalating globally. Daily choices of food, physical activity, emotional regulation, supportive relationships, and sleep habits directly affect health and well-being. The skills for changing habits from disease-promoting to health-promoting are now available and can be learned and sustained long-term.

Included here are evidence-based materials presented in an easy-to-introduce-into-practice for educating and training, which allows for immediate integration of lifestyle-focused therapy into patient care.
